Network switch issue if created with following error

The update is getting ignored , the solution would be to delete the ci of which the sys_id is give and re-run discovery it must fix the issue. let me know if it helpsss

Could you please tell me the table name of ci?

cmdb_serial_number and cmdb_ci_ip_switch

 

also check for IRE rule too..
