Field value change of server in CMDB

Hello Servicenow Experts,  

 

Need your support, we’ve changed the location for mentioned servers against the change request, however latest location is also update for  window server  in the AMDB but not in the CMDB, please help

I am facing one challenge in which i need to identify how the location field got  modified , i have checked it was last updated by  System , can you please see the screenshot and let me know how we can identify  who has actually changed it and how it got changed and what we need to do to not getting changes location field

 

what i need to do to check why chnge requst did not mke change in CMDB but AMDB change was done

User name is system and user id is system

Hi @ayush_g ,

Check 1:

  • Can you check transformer map with location as target table.
  • If it has location as target table, go to particular data source and check the schedule job is active and created by is system 
  • If it is there change the created by to any user ,at last once again check update that location field manually and check

Check 2 : 

  • Check Any business rules or discovery or flow running
