From which fields does ServiceNow get the ip and mac in the API via the SGraph Connector for Intune?

We are currently testing the service graph connector for Intune in our DEV instance. After a successful import of data in ServiceNow we noticed that we are not seeing any ip and mac address information on workstations. Which field/s gets the ip and mac information in the API? We are hoping that this might help our Intune resource to confirm what is populated or not available. Please let me know. Thank you

Hi @Zeenat Asvat1 ,

It will be good if you can use the Integration hub ETL hub to check the mapping of field as that should be coming from IP Address and Mac address source column field and you can correct the mapping if its not working as expected

Hi @Zeenat Asvat1

I've successfully implemented intune in the past and it can be pain, the IP and MAC address should come across as standard. Otherwise contact your M365 engineer who created the enterprise app which is linked to Intune, it sound like they havent added full read access to the workstations.

FYI the field should show was IP Address and MAC Address, because there's a number of fields try adding them all into the list and see if your organization as labeled them differently too.
