Has anyone discovered Citrix Xenapp and XenDesktop

Hi All,

I have to discover the citrix xenapp and Xendesktop for which I have enabled the SAM professional plugin. The docs says we need to create a discovery schedule to trigger the citrix license server pattern, but stuck in the part. can anyone help me on this.

So are you not familiar with discovery or you ran some discovery and stuck with some issues? Please elaborate your exact issue.

You can refer SNOW doc page to understand how to trigger discovery.

Servicenow docs suggest to create a discovery schedule to trigger the pattern, but the citrix pattern is application type which cannot be triggered using serverless discovery. Not sure on that part.

Strange, have they specifically written server less schedule in docs? Can you share me the link.

Ideally you need to create a normal IP Discovery schedule on the server that has these apps installed and further you can do service mapping discovery to map these applications.
