When a certificate is expiring in 60 days from the "Valid to" date, a CERT task is created, but we don't want any approvals needed. How do we disable the need for approval?

I think this might be where the "Approver" is getting added.
There is a subflow called "Certificate Notification" that checks if the certificate task record has any value for "Approver" field, and if none, it auto-approves, but does this imply the "Approver" is related to the unique certificate "assigned to"?
(is the "assigned to" of the certificate considered the "Certificate Owner"?)   and can I modify this workflow, to force any situation to be "Approved"?
