One of our customers installed the ServiceNow "Certificate Inventory & Management" plugin which works great for PKI certificates like TLS and SSL.
This customer wants to use this application with other types of certificates in ServiceNow.
Have you already implemented it?
Do you have experiences, knowledge or documents to share?
