How to deactivate schedule job under system scheduler

Hi all,

I want to deactivate a schedule job under system scheduler and create a new schedule job.

Can any body let me know how to deactivate it.

What if there is no associated Scheduled Job listed in the System Definition --> Scheduled Jobs list ? It appears I have a Scheduled Script job in System Scheduler with no match in the other list - like our Professsional Services company has created the script job in Scheduler directly.

FYI: I've asked this to ServiceNow and the answer is what solutioningnow suggested, change the Trigger type manually to On Demand, in case you can't find entry in sysauto to set active field.
