How to remove the default tabs in a workspace

Please tell me more about the workspace.
Below is the screen of the certificate management workspace.
The OTB has a tab called Downloads, but I don't need it, so I want to delete it.
・What I did
1.Delete the JSON where the tab is described

2.Delete the existing Download tab in the sys_ux_app_route list
Even after doing the above, the Download tab is still there
(I also tried clearing the cache, re-logging, and repeating for a certain period of time)
If anyone has any other points that should be looked at, could you please help me?

Can you try re-visiting below steps once please:
Steps:
- Navigate to All > Now Experience Framework > Experiences.
- Select the application you want to add to the Workspaces menu on the Unified Navigation.
- In related lists, select the UX Application Category M2Ms tab.
- Select Workspace in the Experience Category column and remove it.
- Mark as New
- Bookmark
- Subscribe
- Mute

thank you for your reply.
When I removed the workspace, the Certificate Management workspace itself disappeared from the workspaces tab.
What I wanted to do was to delete only the Download tab in the Certificate Management workspace. If you know how to do this, please let me know.
