How to Restrict Emails Notifications for a Specific User Group (Yokahama)

We want to disable email notifications sent to a specific user group email that they no longer receive generic notifications on incidents, requests and changes.

Hi @IDReitsema ,

We can update the existing notification by adding the following conditions:

• Assignment group changes
• Assignment group is not empty
• Assignment group is not “A” (this condition is important and should not be missed)

This will prevent notifications from being sent to that group unless it is explicitly assigned.
