Hi,

I am doing the course "Human Resources (HR) Fundamentals Simulator", A task has given under the topic "Create HR Documents " They mentioned like "03.02a HR Document Template Form.doc you downloaded earlier.", but Iam not sure where and how to download it. Please guide me.

This looks like a really useful tool for anyone new to HR workflows in ServiceNow. Being able to simulate scenarios before going live can definitely help identify gaps in processes and training needs. Has anyone here used this simulator for onboarding HR teams or testing custom modules?

Search with "HR Fundamentals Lab Files" in the general search of the ServiceNow instance where you are doing the actual steps and you will find the files.

First thing I’d do is recheck the lesson resources/downloads tab or any links in earlier modules, sometimes it’s easy to miss. If it’s still not there, message the course tutor or support and ask them to resend the template. Worst case, you can recreate a simple HR form yourself. I’ve done similar stuff by looking at example templates online (tools like https://socialprofiler.com/ help show how data is structured) and then matching it to the task brief.
