I found an issue in payload processing on a custom pattern.. need a help

Hi Community,

 

When I try to troubleshoot the discovery cancellation issue. I found a problem in payload processing on a custom pattern. In our client data centre, every server has one ILO device attached also we are discovering and creating a custom pattern now we are getting an error in output payload processing. need a help on this.

Hi @Ashfaq Naina A ,

 

As per attached screenshot, you must check the IRE rules or Identifier entries for u_cmdb_ci_ILO  and cmdb_ci_hardware table, there is something misconfigured.
