Hi All,

I am looking for the information related Incomplete Discovery for below servers.
Incomplete MS SQL Server Inventory (CMDB)
Incomplete CMDB Asset Management Information
Cloud assets not included in CMDB (AWS & Azure)
Cloud Asset Information
CMDB Asset Management Information
Inadequate Asset Inventory Management

can you please share the link or details replated to above servers how will they discovery and also how to troubleshoot the incomplete discovery for those servers.

Hi @Akanksha Rasala ,

There are couple of points you have to take care for mentioned issues.

Incomplete MS SQL Server Inventory (CMDB) - You need to add the IP Subnets of Host or MS SQL Server in Discovery Schedule and make sure Discovery pre-req are enabled to discover the Host and MS SQL Server on It.
Incomplete CMDB Asset Management Information - When CI create Automatically Associated Asset is created, You must check the business rule if Asset creation is prevented.
Cloud assets not included in CMDB (AWS & Azure) - You this, You need run the Cloud Discovery for AWS and Azure.
Cloud Asset Information - You this, You need run the Cloud Discovery for AWS and Azure.
CMDB Asset Management Information
Inadequate Asset Inventory Management

Also CI and Asset both are different but related to each others.
