I want to remove the Order Now button and Bundle from the specific catalog request

Hey,
1 - Can anyone let me know or provide me the solution that how I can remove the OrderNow/ Submit/ Request button and Bundle button from the specific catalog item, 
2 - Also, I want to add a note directing Requestors to check out from the Cart

if you hide Order Now then how end users will order that item?

why not restrict that catalog item based on User Criteria?

I believe users can order the request by going into the Cart. Right?
How I can restrict items to hide the request method button on them? I didn't get

if you hide then how they will order, simply adding items to cart won't help and request cannot be submitted.

We can still order .
I just open the catalog item named laptop and i filled all the information, then there's a button name add to cart, I added it to cart and when i click on view the cart there is a button name proceed to checkout, I click on it and the request submitted .
