Identified, ignored extra IP error for Ip Firewall

Hi, Is anyone faced the issue with "Identified, ignored extra IP" . 

 

Case : IP firewall CI discovered successfully and now the same CI is failed with error "Identified, ignored extra IP" in Completed activity.  Verified the Ips all are same Ips which earlier discovered. 

 

Any suggestions appreciated.
