Hi All,
while creating cloud discovery, I'm unable to select the service account. It is showing error message as "Service Account "" is not Operational. Select a different account." The operational status of the account is operational only. Please let me know how to resolve this. PFA image
Thanks,
Supriya.

On the service account page first click on discover data center. If it works then you will see create discovery schedule (both in the related list. If you do not see them share the screenshot of the service account.

Hi Pratiksha,
I can see both the related list and I'm able to redirect to cloud admin portal as well. The issue is I'm not able to select the service account while creating cloud discovery.
Thanks,
Supriya.

Hey!
Can you first open the browser's developer tools and in the network tab search for a call to the following endpoint: "/api/now/cloud_schedule_config/..../get_accounts_by_provider"
I think this is the call that is responsible for the list in the dropdown
Then you can see the values in the response
If I got things right, the "operational" is actually the "install_status" field
Can you check what is the value of this field on the account?
Thanks!

Once you click on the schedule in the related list of the service account it should auto-populate the schedule information.
And if the information is not getting auto-populated then delete the service account and add the details from cloud discovery schedule. (use add account)
Also, check if you have Discovery and Service Mapping Patterns' plugin
