I'd like to inactivate all users except for the following
- Users with admin role
- MID Server User
I see a user called securitycenter.user that was created potentially as a part of an upgrade. It has a first name of Security Center and lastname of Data Collection User.
Questions:
- Do I need to keep the securitycenter.user active?
- Are there any system related userids that I should keep active that I have not listed and that could cause issues if they are inactive?

Hi there,
Yes you need to keep securitycenter.user active, if you want to be able to use Security Center properly.
Yes there are other system related users that you need to keep active. For example think about ML users, VA users, guest user, etc.. You should definitely NOT just deactivate all like you described in your first sentence.

Thanks Mark! Is there any document that points out special users not to inactivate?

Only several different Docs pages, so not one specific, and also not all users are actually mentioned. I just created several Instance Scan checks for this, that's why I know of this.
