Hi @Roopa11,
ServiceNow's Instance Observer is essential for monitoring and optimizing ServiceNow instance performance.
Begin by accessing the "Instance Observer" application, customize dashboards, and establish alerts for crucial performance metrics. Regularly review trends, collaborate with your team, and stay updated on new features for effective performance management.
Leverage the tool's capacity planning capabilities and refer to the official documentation for detailed insights: ServiceNow Instance Observer Documentation.
Please mark this as correct answer and helpful if it resolved, or mark this helpful if this help you to reach towards solution.
Thanks,
Arsalan

If you can give me more details on this with some example, in documentation nothing much just a page info 😞
Thanks
