Is it possible to check metrics for Servers(CPU %, Memory% etc...) individually?

Hello, 

I want to monitor my servers and check status(CPU memory etc...) in metric.

I already found that AIops dashboard, but It only shows 5 servers.

Is it possible to monitor each servers and check metric?

Currently, ServiceNow does not provide direct visibility into live CPU usage, memory consumption, or sizing metrics such as CPU load or utilization within the instance itself. These types of real-time infrastructure metrics are typically not exposed due to platform-level restrictions.

However, you can view some static processor-related information (e.g., processor model, processor count, and bogomips) by navigating to:
stats.DO

This page provides technical instance-level details, but it does not include dynamic metrics like CPU or memory usage over time.

I also raised a support case with ServiceNow regarding access to CPU size, usage, and configuration details. The official response confirmed that such information is not shared or made available from the platform side.

As per my knowledge, monitoring the real time usage of resource isn't possible using discovery, for this we have monitoring system and Agent client collector in place.
