Issue in Discovering EMC Isilon Storage Device

Hello Team,

I am trying to discover the EMC Isilon storage devices. Infra team has configured the SNMP v3 as well as http and https  protocal  to user in server. and also provide the role given by service now in docs.

 

But when i try to validate the SNMP v3 credential then it is not validating and it is getting failed.

Below is the log when i try to execute the quick discovery, then below error is coming.

Hi Ankit,

Can you check the Shazzam payload to see if port 161 (SNMP) is open / reachable?
Based on the screenshot, Discovery tries to use SSH (port 22) to classify the device.
Could be that the firewall is blocking port 161.
