I want to enable credential less discovery hence trying to install NMAP in MID Server using "Enable credential-less discovery" related link. But getting an error "verify-nmap : Timeout: Unable to verify Nmap installed version" and "The process cannot access the file 'nmapInstaller.exe' because it is
being used by another process."
I also tried to install NMAP manually as per Product Documentation. But the Powershell script "NmapInstallation.ps1" is not running.
Please let me know how can I resolve this issue.
Regards,
Debjit

I guess then your SM schedule is not able to pick up the right mid or cred, hence its fallback to cred less and then pointing this error.
As your quick disco is working fine, make sure the mid used in quick disco has relevant configuration to support SM functionality so that it gets picked up and your discovery should work.
You can check on that mid server record [which was working in quick disco] for configuration of "Supported Applications" & "Capabilities" to see if it includes SM.
