Issue with Discovery Server Storage

Hi,
I'm trying to discover storage server on which the SMI-S agent has been configured.
I configured the credentials on the ServiceNow instance.
I launch a quick discovery, but no storage server is saved in CMDB. In the logs I see many info and warning with error messages.
I see these error messages on the logs with Source="IdentityCimSensor" and EccQueueInput="MultiProbe".
Example of error messages:

How can I solve this issue?
