The certificate that solarwinds using is not trusted. You need to check with your solarwinds team about the trust issue or try add their certificate to MID Server trust store

Okay , So if I understand correctly I need to ask the SolarWinds Team to share the certificate and then I need to add the same on the sys_certificate_list table on Service Now Instance .

Do I need to add the certificate on the Mid server as well ?

If yes will I need to follow the steps mentioned as below .

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-servicenow-platform/page/product/mid-server/task/add-ssl-certificates.html

I hope you have configured solarwind certificate in service now and vice versa. In service now end, did you verify the certificate details example, if x509 certificate configured in service now you should verify and confirm.

Similarly, if you shared xml part of service now to solarwinds - You should check is that right file shared to solarwinds.

If helped your issue mark as correct answer/helpful.

Suresh.
