ITOM: Voice Gateway Discovery - Issue with devices being miscategorized as IP Routers

Hello,
I'm working on a story to investigate why six newly discovered voice gateways are being incorrectly categorized as IP routers.
I've already tried manually changing the model category from
IP Router to Voice Gateway. However, when discovery is run again on these devices, the model category automatically reverts back to
IP Router.
We've found that the devices are being classified under
SNMP - Classify and are using a network pattern. It seems we need to check the discovery pattern to resolve this.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any guidance on how to update the discovery pattern or what steps to take to ensure these devices are correctly classified as Voice Gateways would be greatly appreciated.
