@MALLIKARJUNY  Are you looking for only Top down Service mapping or Discovery? It would be advised to explore all the ways of Service mapping like Tag based, ML based and Top-down.

Can you please explain ITOM Model, CMDB , Discovery

 in my knowledge CMDB is store the data , in some persons kick to the CMDB, there are 3 ways 

1. import field ( Ex to CMDB)

2. Transform Map

3. API- 3rd party (Integrations)

 these are need the human intervention 

coming back to the Discovery  just particular time configuration & customization (ex NEW, QUICK, CLOUD Discovery) Mid Server working in the  user Environment With support to the probes , patterns &sensors   (PPS  its working the collect the data give to the data ECC Q) ECC Q communicate to the SNOW to CMDB. 

Can you please Share your Knowledge 

1. How many ways communication going on SNOW to MID Server  & MID S to SNOW we have any ports Request . Can you please explain the ports names & IP Ranges .
