Key Value not getting updated for AWS service account

Hi,

 

We have master and child cloud discovery setup. For few AWS cloud service account, key value in cmdb_key_value table is not getting updated, for few accounts duplicate key value pair getting created instead pf updating old one.

 

Could someone please help me with troubleshooting?

The configuration looks good to me.  Can you also try with this

  • can you update the Pattern to 1.18.0 and see whether it resolves the issue. (Discovery and Service mapping patterns 1.18.0)
  • Try with cleaning up the existing key values for a cloud service account for testing purpose.
  • Can you observe if you have any records under "cmdb_ci_cloud_key_pair" table to have related cloud service account fingerprint.
  • Also on the related entry table where identifier is "cmdb_ci_cloud_key_pair", change the criterion attributes to have only "Key"
