Logs are filling up with error: service_mapping.FlapperHandler: Flapper prevention

Hi all,

 

Since our upgrade to Vancouver we see in our logs thousands and thousands of the same error:

service_mapping.FlapperHandler : Flapper preventions: An error occurred in the Flapper Handler mechanism: set1: no thrown error

 

In half a day already over 35.000 lines.
Anyone any idea what this is about and how to fix this?

Hi Patrick

We recently updated to Vancouver and I am not seeing this error.

It appears to be related to the service mapping functionality that we do not use. I would advise you to raise a Hi ticket
