Mid server user not changing the Field values automatically through Discovery

Hello Team,

There is a Scheduled discovery with user "OOB_MidServer_3".

The Mid Server user updated the value of 

  • Hardware Status- Retired was Installed
  • Operational status Retired was Operational.

    Again the user OOB_MidServer_3 has updated the value of the fields.
  • Install Status Installed was Retired
    But this time Operational status field value didn't change.

    How to debug why the Operational status field value didn't change
