Midserver stuck in Validating Stage

Hello All,

There is a auto upgrade happened in our instance and midserver show as below.

 

Discovery also not getting completing.Could you please help me on this

go to your server where mid server has installed then you need to restart the mid server from there. and see if that is working or not.

And you do this in a cloud hosted instance how?

The instance is cloud-hosted.

The mid server is on a box owned by the customer within their own network.

Of course, getting sysadmin rights within your organization may be a whole different problem. x^P

From my ServiceNow instance, I opened the mid server record and clicked on Rekey.  That fixed my issue.

This worked for me too.
