Missing pattern-based outgoing connections from load balancer. Please check the correctness of the incoming connection.
Hi Everyone,
We are currently trying to Service map an application "Top down" for our client, but we are stock in this error
- We have completed horizontal discovery
- We have installed all the required plugins
- SSH and SNMP connections are already enabled on the load balancer.
Anyone has ran into such problem, some tips are appreciated.

Yes. It happened to me long time ago, with F5 LB. Sometimes the incoming connection IP cannot be mapped to the Web Farm (Apache, WebLogic, etc...), and the connection from LB to downstream infrastructure cannot be mapped.
Please try to discovery the outbound connections identified in the service map, and also try to find a management ip (which is reachable from MID Server), and add management IP in downstream connection, where the top-down discovery stopped.
You can also use the connection suggestions, if any, to discovery downstream connections.
Kindest Regards,
Rodrigo Donnangelo
