Hi,
does anyone have any idea on, how can we integrate these tools with ServiceNow CMDB?
We have 2 ways, as per my understanding -
1. Using Plugins like Service Graph Connector
2. Using Database(storing inventory from all tools) as data source.
can anyone help me with this, I think 2nd way will cost less as compared to 1st.
Please let me know if you have any other idea or articles related to this which I could refer.
Thanks

In My View Service Graph connector for your listed Tools are not available for all.
Also way of Integrating - Technically its doable using SGC, JDBC, REST APIs . Its a tradeoff between Cost, effort and support needed.
Data Source using JDBC - may cost less but bit of development work and later support.
SGC is Standard for Integration but in ur case not for all tools its available. SGC uses IRE to control data quality too.

Hi,
Yes, I could not find all the Service Graph Connectors.
I have asked DB team, they said it wont cost money to store data. So, Data Source using JDBC is a good option.
If am not wrong, Graph connectors also use same method but those are Guided setups.
Thanks

Conceptually - SGC used JDBC data source itself . Only Plus Point is it comes with pre-built tables, Robust Transform maps and data goes thru IRE too. So its a standard Solution which is robust and dynamic too with each new service now versions.
