I need help on a client requirement. Scenario is :
One attribute required by the CI owners is not available from ServiceNow Discovery. The info must be gathered from a file available on the network. I need to get the file and update the CI.
File :
- Server :\\xyz (prod) and \\abc(non-prod)
- One folder per environment
- file is named :reports_va_inventory_csv
The attribute can be found in this csv file
After that CI to be updated in cmdb_ci_isam_server table
