Not able to see metric chart or metric explorer

Hi,

In Agent Workspace, I open an alert, click Metric tab, page with charts cannot be loaded, saying Error 500. 

In Event Mangement -> Metric -> Insight Explorer, I added a CI entity which is a host with ACC installed, and drag metric to chart, but no data to display.  ACC is running, tried to run Test check, and it can return expected value.

 

Could someone please help on this? Thanks in advance.

The first thing I'd check would be my MetricBase connection. If you search for and select "MetricBase Configuration" in the menu, do you see an item in the resulting list? If so, when you open that item and click the Related Link "Test Connection" is the test successful?
