Nutanix based ESX Server showing physical Server as Virtual

Hello All, 

Please let me know if anyone is facing this issue with VMware ESX Server discovered based on Nutanix Platform showing physical Server as virtual. If yes let me know if anyone is aware about the solution to fix this.
