Ootb mid server script include for Icinga not fetching events giving error

OOTB script sometime successful and sometime gives error as below.

As you said sometime it works and sometime not, I would suggest:

Test the API call manually using tools like curl, Postman, or a REST client to see if you get the same error. This can help isolate whether the problem is in the ServiceNow script or with the Icinga API itself.
