Hi All,
any idea what is the purpose of the tasks related to an outage?
What is the difference between task and task number? As you can see there are 2 task linked to the outage and one of them has the Task value same as the task number on the incident. What is the purpose of this?

The 'Task Number' field indicates the 'Parent' task that is responsible for the outage; for example if it was a planned outage that field would reference a Change Request.
In this case the parent task is an Incident, whereas the task list is all of the tasks related to this outage, so since an Incident caused it these are related Incidents that are affected by the same outage
