Hi Experts,
Looking for some guidance as what needs to be done in order to fix below error. Also what are the common errors which we might get here and what is the best interpretation based on some common teminolgies in error messages.

This pattern when ran on a server running Veritas Cluster ended up throwing below error:
Can someone please help me with this and probably a little bit learning here to better handle such issues in future.
