Performance Analytics - No Data Available

Hi All

We have just upgraded our production instance to Eureka, and I am in the process of configuring the Performance Analytics for Incident Management.

I've followed the getting started instructions, and have data in all the 'resolved' (ie average resolution time, number of resolved incidents etc) and 'new' (ie new incidents by priority, number of new incidents etc) graphs.   However, on every graph regarding 'open' (ie number of open incidents, average age of open incidents etc) I'm getting an error message saying no data available, or the graph is just blank.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

Jenny

Hi Jenny,

I also faced the same issue, for fixing this issue what I have done is just changed the operator from Relative to Fixed in jobs and given some dates in that and executed the job. Then it is showed the data in dashboards and after that I reverted the changes for the job.

Please try like this and let me know if it works for you.

Had the same problem here...

Collector jobs started failing after i upgraded sub-prod to Helsinki, though i am not sure they are related.

I did include a cut-over step in our go-live plan to validate collector job execution just to be safe.

To resolve our issue, i had to

- Enter a "Run As" user into the job...for some reason, the field was NULL

- Change the operator from Relative to Fixed

- Execute the job manually (success)

- Change the job back to Relative to collect past 12 months

This resolved our issue as the collector job has been running fine since...

Had same issue, I have set the Run as to a valid admin user and the job ran successfully.
