i am seeing below error when i try to discover target device. what does it mean and what is the solution to fix this?

i have added below path to path environment variable on target device. But still seeing same error.

If i want to change script, please let me know how to do that

%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\
