Hello,
I have a question regarding the Automatic Alert Grouping feature in ServiceNow.
My understanding is that this capability relies on Machine Learning, and therefore it requires some training data before it can work effectively.
Specifically, I believe that at the beginning we need to define and operate with manual alert correlation rules for a certain period of time, and only after enough events have been accumulated will the automatic grouping start to function properly.
Is this understanding correct?
Also, do you know if there are any recommended training periods or minimum number of records required for the ML model to produce meaningful results?
If you have any experience with the accuracy or reliability of automatic alert grouping, I would really appreciate it if you could share your insights.
Thank you in advance!
