"Software Uninstall Persistence in CMDB After Removal from Endpoint"

Hello everyone,

 

 

 

I'm encountering an issue where software that has been uninstalled from a user's computer still appears as discovered in our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow. Despite the uninstallation process being completed on the endpoint, the CMDB continues to show this software entry.
