Request to Modify Notification Frequency for Events in Agent-Client-Collector-Monitoring

We aim to adjust the notification frequency for events detected by ACC-M, specifically to reduce the default notification resend interval from 24 hours to 4 hours for unresolved events.

Currently, when a event is detected and there is no status change within 24 hours, the system is configured to resend a event only after this 24-hour period. For our operational needs, we find this interval to be too long. We would like to configure the system to resend notifications every 4 hours for such events until the issue is resolved, ensuring more timely updates and actions.

In our current ICINGA2 monitoring, at least the new output is delivered for each check.

With the ACC, we have the problem that the first output of the disk space is displayed when the alert is opened. Now it's already open for two hours and the output doesn't change, although there might be only 1 percent available in the background.
Of course, we can use the metrics for this purpose, but the alert is always the starting point and should reflect the actual status.

In general, is there a possibility to define the agent or the instance that frequent events are sent although the status has not changed?
