SAM_ Discovery map Issue

Hi Team,

 

I am SAM consultant.

 

The software models have been created in ServiceNow SAM through integration of SCCM and Intune. But there are more than 250 software models populated without discovery map though normalized automatically.  I am not able to identify what went wrong and how to fix this. Could anyone have any idea on this please? Also found some  records are also missing product and publisher information. Please find the below screenshot for your reference.
