Service discovery failing to fetch switch ports

I setted up the service now mid servers in the servers and discovery is able to fetch the data in the discovery patterns using debug mode .snmp port is also enabled. I could not see the switch ports or other network related details in the ip switch table .

we could see the payload processing step failed and it shows this error .
in the discovery source I could see this : Failed Exploring CI Pattern, Pattern name: Network Switch, To Check Pattern Log Press here and in this , its failing on the payload processing step.

 can anyone please help me understand why discovery could not fetch the switch ports, forwarding rules and other network related data.
