Upon implementing Service Graph Connector for ExtraHop Reveal(X), we've observed a significant number of records lacking information, containing only names without any other relevant details. We see there's no other information coming in other than name and the manufacturer. What could be done to get other important details like ip address, location, serial number, company etc , i see the mapping is done correctly in the extrahop settings, but somehow no good data has been coming in. Can anybody advice?
