Service Graph connector for SolarWinds

Hello,

I ma trying to configure the Service Graph connector for SolarWinds to poll our on premise Solarwinds server and populate our CMDB.

When testing the connection I receive an error message which is not really helpful: com.glide.plan.runners.FlowObjectAPIException: The current operation ended in state: ERROR

In the section "Configure SoalrWinds HTTP connection" I have checked the box "Use MID server" but I am not sure if it effectively do it.

In addition, I have created a test REST Message to my SolarWinds server, using the MID Server and I well get an answer.

Did anyone configured it successfully?

Hi,

Thanks to SN support, we found that the System Property value sn_solarwinds_inte.valid_version must be set to true so it works.

FYI,

Changing the current application to "Service Graph Connector for SolarWinds application" before performing the verification for the SolarWinds Version acknowledgment in the guided setup will update the property correctly.

Any idea on this error. When I trying to test my credentials to Solarwinds. I am able to login manully
