Service Map Permission issues with Credentials

Hi All,

 

I am facing an issue where Service Map is stuck with error Permission issues with Credentials. I have attached the screenshot.
Error Message: Permission issues with Credentials. Command: sudo netstat -ltnup | grep -E ':8080'. Response: no sudo permission to this machine

Hi @gopidupagun,

It looks like the user you're using was not added to the sudoers on the device you're executing the command on.

As per the error message - the user doesn't have Sudo permission to run the particular commands .

Please connect with concerned Linux/Unix team to fix the sudo permission to get the IT components discovered successfully.
