Hi,
I have an Entry point and ran Service Mapping but got an errror message like "Service Mapping triggered the horizontal discovery to find the host IP Address(XXXXXXX), because this host was not in the CMDB. The horizontal discovery failed. See discovery status for more info."
I checked that IP Address(xxxxxx) is Discovered and existable in CMDB Table .
Can anyone suggest the root cause of this issue and relsoution.
Thanks and Regards,
SAIKUMAR

I would run Quick Discovery on that same IP Address using the same MID Server, if possible, and see what happen. Even if you did it earlier before this error occurred, I would Discovery again, just to make sure.
