Service operations Workspace Record Error

Hello Everyone,
While configuring the SOW, I got an error for the problem task record view. because the back-end name of the table was changed into (u_problem_task). so the configurations were doesn't show the record. 
Can anyone please help on this, where need to change the configurations to display the records detail.

did you really say the OOTB table "problem_task" was changed to "u_problem_task" ?

Hi Maik,

 

Yes, this change was made only in our development instance. When we tried it in PDI, it showed the "problem_task" table. However, in the development environment, it was changed to "u_problem_task".
That is what I mentioned in the above image.

I don't even want to know how you managed to change the table name, but please contact ServiceNow support to see if that can be reverted in some way before you run into more issues.
