Strange error message in Data Source FTP

My data source logs an very weird error "java.io.IOException: /glide/nodes/INSTANCENAME_16046/bin/../tmp/gurlfb82837d1b937d90c8fea64de54bcb0f.tmp size:0". So what is this error ? Recently I just added property "connection.timeout=20000" to the data source. Does this is the reason why this error happens ?

this is one of the rare insights behind the curtain, as most of the platform remains hidden for us. However, only ServiceNow will be able to help as the error message is indicating an issue on the lowest level possible and only a technician working in a data center will be able to help. So please raise a support ticket in the support portal.
