Task: Create Credentials

I tried to create a credential for Windows Credentials Type as per the task, but authentication is not working. Additionally, I couldn't access the MID Server using the URL. I tried all possible solutions. Let me know if anyone else has faced this issue. Please find the attachment for the error.

Hi All, 
This is an issue with the instance. I received confirmation from the ServiceNow team that the credentials had expired. They have now fixed it after I raised a case. Thanks, ServiceNow Community!

Both my credentials valide toward the stated IP addresses, however when trying to validate task i get this message:
